1. Product Information
All products listed on our website are handcrafted macrame decor items. As each item is handmade, slight variations in color, size, and pattern may occur, adding to the uniqueness of the piece.
2. Order and Payment
We offer both Prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) payment options.
For COD orders, payment must be made in full at the time of delivery.
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders without notice.
3. Return Policy
We accept returns only if you receive a wrong or damaged product.
To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
The item must be unused and in its original condition with all packaging intact.
4. How to Request a Return
Email us at kickscorner.in@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9637435575 with your order ID, photo of the item, and the reason for return.
Our team will verify the issue and respond within 24-48 hours.
Once approved, you will need to self-ship the item to our return address.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 working days.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Custom-made or personalized orders are not eligible for return.
Products returned without approval will not be accepted or refunded.
6. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 2-4 working days and delivered within 5-10 working days, depending on location.
Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or during festivals/sales.
